ALL shipments are registered and therefore traceable.
ePacket Air – airmail (max. 2kg)
- budget-priced airmail
- limited to 2 kg
- evenly weight based graduated prices all 100g (100, 200, 300, … max. 2000g)
- track & trace within Thailand and in the destination country (when passing or processed at customs)
- empirically shipping time: 7-14 days
If your order exceeds 2 kg this shipping method won’t be available in the cart!
Hint: It’s possible that 2 orders under 2 kg using “ePacket Air” are cheaper than 1 over 2 kg using “Int. Parcel Air”. (We don’t charge extra for the packing, so do as you please.)
Parcel Air – airmail (up to 20/30kg)
- airmail
- no limit up to 30 kg (few countries 20 kg)
- evenly weight based graduated prices all 1kg (1kg, 2kg, 3kg, …max. 20 or 30kg)
- track & trace within Thailand and finally in the destination country (when passing or processed at customs)
- empirically shipping time: 10-30 days
EMS World – airmail – faster and privileged handling
- airmail
- faster and privileged handling (using the usual postal network)
- weight based graduated prices all 500g (500g, 1kg, 1,5kg, 2kg, …max. 20 or 30kg)
- track & trace within Thailand and finally in the destination country (when passing or processed at customs)
- empirically shipping time: 5-10 days
Courier Post / DHL Express – premium airmail – 3-5 days (excl. customs process)
- in collaboration with DHL Express International
- premium airmail (DHL aircraft fleet and air freight services)
- fastest and privileged handling
- weight based graduated prices all 500g (500g, 1kg, 1,5kg, 2kg, …max. 20 or 30kg)
- using single delivery network of DHL
- express customs channel at destination country (in cooperation with the local customs)
- track & trace within Thailand and finally in the destination country (when being processed)
- empirically shipping time: 3-6 days
Parcel Surface – by sea and land routes (2-4 months!)
- very slow – est. shipping time = 2-4 months !!!
- NOT airmail, shipping only by sea and land routes
- the heavier, the more profitable the price difference
- evenly weight based graduated prices all 1kg (1kg, 2kg, 3kg, …max. 20 or 30kg)
- track & trace within Thailand and finally in the destination country (when passing or processed at customs)
- empirically shipping time: 2-4 months!
The SURFACE shipping costs have been raised dramatically in April 2021. But the heavier the package, the bigger the price difference compared to other shipping methods. For that reason we usually don’t give that option for light packages, but only when it would or could make sense.
In many countries SURFACE shipping is not even an option anymore.
